The resume is the one which could help the freshers to rock the start of a HR round of an interview. One of the biggest headache for the job seekers, is creating a resume. Mostly, freshers have so much compromised and queries when dealing with this area. The resume for the freshers and the Engineering graduates doesn't differ from that of the others in great ways but there are lot more to be taken care.

Role of a resume in an interview

Whatever the company, whatever the post, Resume is gonna play a major role. Whether fresher or an experienced Engineer, the Resume is the one which has the complete details that lets the evaluator decide your capability and the capacity to do the job.

First impression is the best impression.

The major tool to make your first impression to be the best hides with the resume that you present to the employer.

• If you are a student who is applying for an off-campus or if you are to appear for a on-campus, then all that happens that your resume will be required only at the final stages of the interview. This is because, irrespective of your resume, you will allowed to participate in the other rounds of the interview.

• Whereas, if you are a job seeker (Graduate), and think that you are gonna make it through some online sites like shine or naukri then your resume is your reflection. You will be shortlisted based on your resume and then you will be allowed to take participation in the exams.

• Similarly, if you are an experienced person, even then its your resume that would decide on your result. Thus the details that are to be included in the resume plays a major role in the interview phase.

When you Google the resume format for the Engineers, you will have more numbers of samples to view. There are a ton of variations showcased in it. So, absolutely there is an high chance of getting confused with the format that you need to follow.

1. The HR might easily fond that your Resume has been made through some online creators.
2. You may not be able to answer the questions that are asked from the resume.
3. There can be some mistakes, in the spellings or the grammar.
4. The format that is provided can't be trusted always.

Advantages of a neat resume

Before I deal with the details that are to be included in the resume, let me pen down some important benefits of having a clean resume.
