English has become one among the most important requirement for a corporate employee. In order to communicate with the overseas client, most of the companies look at the communication skill of the candidate. 

English is just a Language and not the Knowledge

And hence the corporate world wants the candidates who are very good at communication aspects. This is the main reason why we are having Group Discussion as one of the rounds of an interview. The interviewer will note your communication skills which covers your grammar, flow, pronunciation, flow, style, etc. 

Tips to enrich your speaking style

It is a fact that, we people have different mother tongues and this has a severe effect on the way we speak. The slang of that particular language will dominate our style of speaking. 

1. The best thing to find it out is Record and Hear method. This is one of the most popular method with which you can easily figure out your mistakes. Just record a part of you speech and hear it. You can notice the flaws and can also identify your mistakes. The thing is that you can also come to know how the other people hear your voice.

2. The another method that is very much recommended is the Mirroring technique. You can stand in front of a mirror and make your speech. This will enable you to notice the faults in your body language. Also your mannerism is the one which has severe impact in your style of speaking. 

3. Make sure that you Converse with your friends in English. This will help to gain more knowledge on the language. Also, your friends will help you in correcting your style.

Aids to enhance your Vocabulary 

1. There are a lot of mobile applications which helps you in learning the English words and their meanings. Use them to improve your vocabulary.

2. Read books in English. This will help you in 2 ways. It helps you to learn the flow. Also, 'What is your hobby?' is the major question asked in a HR round. And make sure you answer it properly. 4. This is one of the lovely tip. Watch English movies with English subtitles. Believe me, this will do a lot of miracles and you will find an improvement.
