Email

Here I am with something more important for your placement. As I have mentioned in the title, I am going to discuss something about email writing.

In certain companies, email writing is included as one among the stages in the interview, particularly during the campus placements. The verification of mail is done by the system itself, during these type of tests. And there are certain tricks to be followed to pass this test. They are listed as follows-

1. First of all, the question will be provided as the sequence of links.
Example: Delay in project - power failure - lost the backup - extremely sorry - extra 4 days - will not recur.
2. Greet the concerned person properly.
3. Make use of all the hints provided in the question in the same sequence.
4. Try to join those hints without any grammar or spelling mistakes.
5. End up with proper salutation.
6. Restrict yourself with the given word limit.
7. Arrange your sentences properly before writing the mail.

Example:

Respected Mr.X,
          I am writing this mail in order to inform you about the delay in our project. Due to the unexpected power failure, we have lost the backups. I am extremely sorry to inform you that we require 4 more days to complete the project. I swear you that this will not recur in the near future.
